Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Higgsfield Genjutsu, including its account, upload, image, video, and audio generation, task history, credit, subscription, and download features.

By creating an account, uploading content, submitting a generation task, purchasing or using credits, or otherwise using Higgsfield Genjutsu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and access

Some features in Higgsfield Genjutsu require an account and authentication through an available sign-in method. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials and sessions secure.

You must provide accurate information where requested and must not access another person's account, bypass authentication or usage controls, or interfere with account security. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, non-payment, or a breach of these Terms.

Creative tools and AI outputs

Higgsfield Genjutsu provides AI-assisted workflows that may generate or transform images, videos, audio, speech, subtitles, and related media from prompts, uploads, settings, models, or presets you select.

Outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, or different from a preview or prompt. You are responsible for reviewing an output before downloading, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.

Higgsfield Genjutsu does not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, accepted by a third party, or available from a particular model or provider.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you have in your prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. You grant Higgsfield Genjutsu and the service providers supporting the requested workflow permission to host, transmit, store, process, and transform that content as needed to operate, secure, and support Higgsfield Genjutsu.

You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed for the content you upload or ask Higgsfield Genjutsu to process, including any people, voices, trademarks, or copyrighted material it contains.

Do not upload confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or third-party personal information unless you are authorized to do so and understand that the selected workflow may require processing by service providers.

Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Some generation tasks require credits. The credits required for a task may vary by tool, model, media duration, selected options, subscription access, or other product rules shown in Higgsfield Genjutsu before submission.

Available subscription options, prices, included credits, and purchase terms are presented in Higgsfield Genjutsu or during checkout. Do not submit a purchase unless you have reviewed the information shown for that transaction.

Checkout and payment credentials are handled by a third-party payment provider. Higgsfield Genjutsu may receive order, transaction, and subscription status needed to apply access or credits, display account status, and provide billing support.

Task history and downloads

Higgsfield Genjutsu may show task status, prompts, uploads, outputs, and related metadata in History or Creations so you can revisit supported generation tasks.

History is not permanent storage. Availability may depend on retention limits, provider processing, account status, or operational needs, so you should download outputs you want to keep.

Cancellation, deletion, and download options depend on the task type and state. An action shown in Higgsfield Genjutsu may not immediately stop or remove processing already underway with a service provider.

Acceptable use

You may not use Higgsfield Genjutsu to create, upload, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or invasive of another person's privacy or publicity rights.

You may not impersonate another person without authorization, create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualize minors, misuse a person's face or voice, facilitate fraud, or evade safety controls.

You may not probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits or access controls, automate abusive usage, or resell unauthorized access to Higgsfield Genjutsu.

Third-party services and processing

Higgsfield Genjutsu uses service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, content delivery, AI processing, analytics where configured, and payment processing. The providers involved depend on the feature you choose.

Prompts, uploads, generated media, and task metadata may be transmitted to providers when required to complete a requested workflow. Provider terms, availability, safety systems, and technical limits may affect the service or output.

Service availability and changes

Higgsfield Genjutsu is provided on an as-available basis. Tools, models, presets, credit costs, processing times, and provider-backed capabilities may change, pause, or become unavailable.

We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, address abuse, comply with applicable requirements, or respond to provider and operational changes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Higgsfield Genjutsu, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated.

If you continue to use Higgsfield Genjutsu after updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms apply to that continued use. You may stop using the service at any time.
